To put Deng Xiaoping’s words “Make Hi-techs
industrialized” into effect, initiated by the famous
scientists and economists such as Wang Daheng, Wang
ganchang and Ma Bin, etc., China Hi-Tech
Industrialization Institute, a nation wide community
gathering the well-known specialists, professors, public
figures, social activists, entrepreneurs and scientific
& management workers from different fields of
science, business, universities & colleges, research
institutes and relative departments of the government,
was founded in Oct. 1993. Being legally registered, the
institute is responsible for China Science &
Technology association, with extensive social
connections and influences. The famous Scientist,
academician Wang Daheng was the first director of the
institute, and now the honorary director. The incumbent
director is Liu Jiyuan, committee member of the Chinese
Congress Standing Committee, former minister of Space
Industry, academician of International Euro-Asia Academy
of Science, academician of the Russian Academy of
Navigation Science.
Under the guiding principle of “Three Represents”,
following the concerning policies about hi-techs, China
Hi-Tech Industrialization Institute has made it its
purpose to gather the talents from different fields to
serve the industrialization of hi-techs as the first
productive forces.
As its mission is to promote hi-techs to be
industrialized, the job of China Hi-Tech
Industrialization Institute would cover a whole range of
hi-techs, and particularly stress comprehensive usage of
different kinds of hi-techs.
To achieve its objective of making hi-techs
industrialized, China Hi-Tech Industrialized Institute
keeps in contact with the broad mass of scientific &
administrative workers and entrepreneurs, and organize
them to give advices for policy decisions,
demonstrations and evaluations for scientific items,
etc. on receipt of entrustment. It also supply services
for the transformation of hi-techs such as developing
hop-pot researches in the field, academic exchanges,
re-educations & trainings to the administrative
workers, and other relative items.
